The Psychos of Soul are looking to bring hard rock back to the mainstream, premiering their new video, “Like You Used To,” exclusively at New Noise.
With their blend of modern-pop influence, blues-based grunge music, they have already crafted a unique sound for themselves. Producer Hive said the band’s sound is “sensual, gritty, and bursting at the seams with an unmistakable ‘90s ‘no holds barred’ attitude, The Psychos Of Soul lead singer/songwriter Leo Juarez, has certainly set the bar high with his debut single.”
The track fuses unexpected genres, like blues, hip-hop, and pop into a grunge revival anthem, with face-melting bass lines; soaring, distorted guitars; and a commanding vocal presence.
Along with the video release, The Psychos of Soul offered a sentiment to listeners and viewers: “Live fearlessly as yourself, true to what you believe in, and true to your passions!”
