Multi-national Celtic punks The Rumjacks are sharing their new video, “One For The Road,” appearing on their upcoming, eight-song Brass For Gold EP, which the band also announced today.
The Rumjacks are coming off of their last release, Hestia, their fifth studio album that came out in March and reinvigorated the band’s collaborative spirit, ushering in a new era of energy and creativity. The album introduced new singer and songwriter Mike Rivkees, adding a fresh spin for the band and connecting fans old and new.
The band say they want to keep up the momentum that started with the last record with the upcoming release.
“After the amazing response we had from Hestia’s release, we knew we had to back it up, do it justice, and show we aren’t messing around with any of this,” bassist Johnny McKelvey says. “I guess while COVID slowed everyone down, it just made us want to work harder, record more music, plan and think ahead to when all this mess ended.”
