Video Premiere: Wasting Time – ‘Certain Days’

Ahead of their upcoming sophomore record, Once More Without Feeling, Toronto pop-punk quartet Wasting Time are sharing their new video, “Certain Days,” which you can check out right here at New Noise.

The band have been plugging away since 2017, when lead singer and guitarist Vlad decided to start writing and performing songs again. He already had some previous compositions under his belt, along with his guitar, and set out to form the band that would bring the tracks to life. He soon added Mike on bass, with occasional backup-vocal duties, Mark would join as the lead guitarist in early 2020, with Nick taking the spot at drums the previous year.

Wasting Time have a certain melodic, sonic chaos inspired by bands like Alkaline Trio, No Use For A Name, and MxPx. Since their founding, they’ve released an album, a couple EPs, a handful of singles, and have shared the stage with Smoking Popes, Direct Hit, and Young Rochelles.

Their upcoming album, Once More Without Feeling, features 10 songs that take listeners on a ride through uptempo romps, melodic choruses, heartfelt lyrics, some slower rides, and more. They plan to release the album March 25, to be distributed worldwide by Paper + Plastick, and will celebrate with their friends, The Anti-Queens and K-Man & The 45s at The Hard Luck Bar in Toronto, with limited CC copies of the album available at the show.

In addition to the release show, Wasting Time have a few other tour dates on the docket:
