After the overnight success of his single “Nevermind,” multi-platinum artist Dennis Lloyd returned with his debut album Some Days. The album follows Lloyd’s release of the new single, “The Way,” which Lloyd performed live at the Dead Sea, spotlighted exclusively here at New Noise.

The album as a whole has Lloyd exploring deep questions and exploring his true life’s purpose.

“This album is about my journey,” Dennis says. “It’s about my doubts and fears—questions everybody asks themselves. Am I just a kid from Tel Aviv, or an artist who travels the world? This album is about finding the way that I want to live my life.”

“The Way” was produced by Lloyd and Kygo and boasts a reflective message about balancing success and the simple things in life over a driving beat.

“My life has changed dramatically since ‘Nevermind’ blew up everywhere,” Dennis adds. “The last tour I had back in 2019 broke something inside of me. I had to take some time off and heal. I finally had the time to process the past five years of my life, ask myself the toughest questions, and deal with my deepest feelings and thoughts. I hope my music can help you heal and find the answers you’re looking for.”
