“‘Band Practice’ was the last piece of music we wrote for this EP, but it was the first one we recorded. Its fun energy set a tone and feeling that we were going for on this release, and so we crammed into our Practice Spot with some GoPros and shot some footage during one of our band practices to capture that same energy on footage that we put on the record.
