Lansing, Michigan metalcore act Of Virtue have released their brand new single “Torn Apart” – watch the music video for the song below.

The song explores the reality and the impact of suicide and mental health struggles with a video to match. Vocalist, Tyler Ennis, has personally experienced the struggle of a loved one’s attempts to end their own life. His awareness and vigilance are how “Torn Apart” came to be and why the song is one of the most personal which the band has released to date. These issues are far too prevalent in today’s society, however, they take a back seat in daily due to being considered taboo. With “Torn Apart” Of Virtue strives to reach those struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts and share the message that it is ok to NOT be ok.

To support their cause, Of Virtue has partnered with Hope For the Day, which focuses on suicide prevention and mental health awareness. A portion of proceeds from all sales and streams will be donated to Hope For the Day.

You can purchase “Torn Apart” on iTunes and Bandcamp, or stream it on Spotify and Apple Music.
