Progressive, Washington, D.C.-based metal band Wings Denied are back with new songs and a new EP, Voyager, out May 13. The band is surrounded by a slew of activity leading into the EP release.
Wings Denied are donating 10% of the proceeds from physical pre-orders of Voyager to the SANCCOB Seabird Sanctuary. Digital pre-orders are here.
“We saw it as a way to give back to the natural world around us,” the band said. “We chose SANCCOB Seabird Sanctuary as it helps endangered penguins that have long been akin to us. Seabirds play an important role in nature and who wouldn’t want to help some cute penguins? As animal lovers through and through, we knew it was something we wanted to do with this release.”
