Sex Swing are an experimental rock band from London, U.K.
They have a new live album coming out on June 23 of their set from last May at the Sonic Whip Festival in Nijmegen, Netherlands. The album is called Grade A Peanut Sauce and its out on Sonic Whip Records. The first single, “The Passover,” is currently streaming on the label’s Bandcamp page where you can also preorder the album on vinyl.
“The Passover” certainly fits the description of experimental rock. There’s a lot of discordant sounds and a free-jazz saxophone playing in the background. The vocals especially seem to warble in an almost otherworldly way as the guitars swirl around into a rising level of chaos and pure anarchy.
