The band comment on the song: “This song is basically a message of defiance against the demons in your head. It’s a song about wanting to get better and not taking no for an answer. We’re very proud of how it’s came out and the message it holds as it’s something we all close to our hearts.”
Better Days are a pop punk based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. The band have been described as a fresh new take on pop punk which combines all the elements of the early 2000’s era and the upcoming new breed.
Since forming in late February 2016, they have toured the UK, sold out multiple shows, built up a strong and dedicated following, released their critically acclaimed debut single and played with the likes of Less Than Jake, Seaway, WSTR, Mariachi El Bronx, The Skints, The Gospel Youth, [spunge] and more.
The band have built on this going into 2017 with the release of their second single “Worthless,” multiple UK tours, festival appearances and shows with bands such as Boston Manor.
