The Vic Theatre welcomed Don Broco and several other opening acts for Don Broco’s The Amazing Things North America tour. Opening for Don Broco were The Color 8, Skyler Acord, and The Home Team.
Don Broco are a rock band out of the U..K that consist of lead vocalist Rob Damiani, Matt Donnelly on drums and backing vocals, Tom Doyle on bass, and Simon Delaney on guitar. Unfortunately, Simon could not join the band on this tour due to family matters back home. Filling in for Simon was Marc Okubo, who is actually from the Chicago area, so it was a little bit of a homecoming for the guitarist.
Nevertheless, Don Broco put on a fantastic show at a packed Vic Theatre. One thing you will always get from Don Broco is energy. From beginning to end, the band put on a hard-hitting, loud, energetic performance. The band also performed their new single “Birthday Party,” on which they were joined by their opening acts for a party on stage.
