Legendary New York outfit Cro-Mags announced their final tour of 2022. This run marks the Cro-Mags’ return to the Midwest, their first time in nearly 20 years. The tour will kick off December 6 in Manchester, NH, and will hit Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and will wrap up back on the East Coast in Philadelphia on December 18. In April of this year, Cro-Mags hit the East and West Coasts in support of their last full-length album, In The Beginning, and founder Harley Flanagan is set to cause more damage across North America.
Cro-Mags did a 55 show run this past spring and summer which included shows in the U.S as well as nearly 20 other countries. Flanagan explains: “The response was amazing—From festivals to club dates, it could not have been better. The crowd reaction was great for old songs and new songs alike. I was proud to see the fans singing along to the new material and dancing to it with as much enthusiasm as they did for the first albums.”
Earlier this year the band released Here’s To The Ink In Ya, a collection from Flanagan’s personal archive of live recordings, which have never seen the light of day until now.
Flanagan continues: “In December, we will be playing songs spanning the entire Cro-Mags catalog, from the first album all the way to the most recent releases 2020 and In the Beginning. I am really looking forward to playing in some of these places I haven’t played in in over 20 years.”
