And, here’s the latest in new song premieres and upcoming releases:

1) The Well is featured prominently on this Sunday’s (7/3) episode of The Walking Dead star’s Ride with Norman Reedus TV show on AMC. Not only has the band composed and recorded the series’ original theme song, they will also appear on this week’s episode with Reedus, an avowed fan of the band and all things RidingEasy. The Well’s new album Pagan Science comes out October 14th. Album teaser video here.

2) Monolord recently premiered the epic first track from their forthcoming 2-song 10″ EP at MetalSucks. Hear and share “Lord of Suffering” here. The Swedish trio kick off their first ever headlining North American tour this August. Please see dates below.

3) Slow Season shared the second track from their barnstorming (literally… it was recorded on a farm in their central California home) third album via Metal Injection. The banging new track “Damascus” is available to listen to here. Consequence of Sound previously shared the lead track from the forthcoming Westing (out July 15th) and you’ll know why everyone’s going crazy over “Y’Wanna.”

4) Salem’s Pot shared their picks for the Best Horror Film Sequels of All Time at Consequence of Sound and it’s sure to chill your spinal remains. Salem’s Pot also recently shared a new tune from their forthcoming album — a hazy fever dream of dark, thrilling excess — via CvltNation. It’s equal parts of The Cramps’ Psychedelic Jungle, Pentagram’s Relentless, Roky Erickson’s The Evil One and The Stooges Raw Power, as much heirs to Deep Purple as Dead Moon… metal, garage punk, acid rock and a belladonna trip gone wrong. Soak up the album opener, “Tranny Takes a Trip” (Soundcloud).

5) Svvamp are exciting yet unassuming new signees from Sweden capturing the true primordial beauty of homespun rock, folk and blues that conjures hints of Cream, Eric Bell-era Thin Lizzy, CCR and Crazy Horse. Hear & share lead single “Burning Down” (YouTube).

And, coming this summer and beyond, more mind-blowing new releases from Holy Serpent and more! Please get in touch for more information, interviews, guest list requests and anything else you might need.
