See You Next Tuesday delivers some of the most maniacal, twisted sounds ever. With the latest video, they’ve tapped into serial killer madness from tracks “I’ll Never Be the Same Again” and “I’ll Never Smile Again.”
Scorching metal brutality twisted into savage grind core slipping into another reality. Just wait for the vocal changes and the switch in the instrumentals. Both tracks stem from the band’s most recent album Distractions (first album released in 15 years) released last February via Good Fight Music.
The video is filled with sheer madness and unleashing mayhem. The lyrics are deeply profound delving into regret, failures, and reflection. The video’s power echoes a primal, gutting residual reality that matches the intense sonic delivery of both tracks. The video was directed and filmed by Tony Coon with vocalist Chris Fox assisting on production.

A masterful manipulation of the music and unbridled power saturates the entire album. For See You Next Tuesday, the latest album Distractions, explores a new, modern grindcore sound. Thirteen tracks are full-blown some of the most intense music one can imagine, especially their signature sound it’s a multiplex of metal-grindcore, with flashes of industrial. Loaded with aggression, but controlled chaos merged some intense drum work, clearly unmatched by most.
If you want to get into it, let’s delve into more of these star-hitter tracks. “Hey Look, No Crying,” we’ve got a common them here, one is hardened by life and no time to feel. The track’s treacherous jolts of power get you right in the gut. “Day in the Life of a Fool” transcends into heavy drops in sound, waves of experimental guitars, and stealth vocals will cut right through you.
The record features thirteen tracks that feature intense and fast guitars, matched by a vigorous vocal performance by Chris Fox. Master multi-instrumentalist Drew Slavik annihilated the drums, knee-deep in it. Distractions was mastered by Josh Schroeder (Lorna Shore, In Hearts Wake) and recorded at Slavik’s home studio, where he also handled production and mixing.
