Creeper have announced the official addition of Lawrie Pattison as their new guitarist, revealing the news alongside the release of their video “Lovers Led Astray” from their album “Sanguivore”.
The addition comes ahead of the band’s highly anticipated ’12 Days of Night’ tour. At the same time, they have unveiled a black and white video for their song “Lovers Led Astray,” taken from last year’s album “Sanguivore.” Exploring the dualities of light and shadow, this visual release sees the band through a period of renewal and creative expansion, marking a milestone in both Creeper’s music and visual narrative.
In a social media post, Creeper’s Darcia the Vampire Familiar announced that after several years of working with the band, they have officially invited Lawrie Pattison to join them, and he has humorously accepted the offer. He invites fans to leave their congratulations and condolences in the comments.
Speaking about the new video and what they were hoping to capture, Creeper frontman William Von Ghould says:
“We made the video for ‘Lovers Led Astray’ with one of our favorite visual artists, Harry Steel. The video explores the themes of the song while experimenting with lights and shadows. It’s an unholy communion of light and darkness that ties into the themes of the existing Sanguivore universe while also presenting something new and provocative at the same time.”

With the addition of Pattison, Creeper is gearing up for their ’12 Days of Night’ tour of the U.K., followed by a string of North American dates, including headline shows and special guest appearances with Black Veil Brides.
