With their first official release of music in over ten years, post-punk group The Sleeping have released a new song, titled “The Animal.”
The track, which can be found here, is described by the band’s Douglas Robinson as being “…written about the anxieties we deal with on a regular basis, when the world outside of our inner circle invades our own personal space. As we get older, our circle often gets smaller, and the world around us feels a lot more intrusive.”
“The Animal” is set to be the lead single of The Sleeping’s upcoming album, I Feel Like I’m Becoming A Ghost. The record will be out on July 28.
