Dallas Seger’s new post-punk/art rock project David Caress proudly shares its new track “Shatter,” from its upcoming debut album Azure.

Seger shares his thoughts:
“’Shatter’ is the album’s closing track. Glass walls shatter. So does the illusion. ‘Shatter’ is a brooding dark wave/post punk anthem about those who shoot themselves in the foot and blame the gun. ‘Shatter’ follows previous single, ‘Azure’ and sets the tone for a darker, more electronic chapter—cold synths, relentless beat, fast-picked guitars.”
Azure will be independently released digitally on October 9. The album was written, performed, and recorded by Dallas Seger. Additional guitar works were contributed by Tom Bennett (Today Is The Day). Additional arrangements were made by Justin Hamm (Dying Mind). Mixing and mastering were helmed by Steve Austin (Today Is The Day) at Austin Enterprise.
