CobraKill are a glam-metal revival act out of Augustdorf, Germany. They’ve got a new album coming out January 19 called Serpent’s Kiss, and the first single and video, “Same Ol’ Nasty Rock N’ Roll,” is on YouTube now.
The song and the video are both a tribute to the glory days in the ’80s of glam metal and hair metal, complete with the glam outfits and ’80s metal swagger. In a show of typical hair metal sleaze, the video seems to depict the band performing the song in the middle of a strip club. But, like the title suggests, times may change but CobraKill are still playing that same ol’ nasty rock ‘n’ roll.
