The Deftones have revealed deatails of the the fourth annual Dia De Los Deftones Festival set for Saturday, November 4 in San Diego, CA. The band have curated, launched, presented, and headlined this festival since 2018. Every festival to date has sold out including this year’s version as well. Lineups have featured everyone from Future and CHVRCHES to Gojira and Megan Thee Stallion.
The fest is an all-ages gig headlined, hosted, and curated by Deftones. Announced acts include 100 Gecs, Knocked Loose, Doechii, Pinback, Pieri, Rile, and Capra covering the genres of hip-hop, electronic, indie, alternative, and metal.
The festival concourse will feature art installations, local vendors, exclusive merchandise, and more.
This year, the Deftones celebrated the 20th anniversary edition of their self-titled fourth full-length LP complete with a limited-edition vinyl release and merch. Their most recent LP Ohms, was released in September of 2020 reaching #5 on the Billboard Top 200 marking the sixth consecutive Top 10 debut and fourth Top 5 entry from the band.
The Deftones been streamed 3 billion times and sold over 10 million albums globally.
