Hungary metal crew Heedless Elegance combine a vivid soundscape of visceral power and rich, soaring instrumentation, on their new single “The Threads” ft. Tom Barber.
The band have just unveiled a captivating new music video for the track, complete with tarot card readings and a creepy forest setting.
Discussing the new release, Heedless Elegance’s Samuel Konter explains:
“This song is special because we are trying to expand our concept universe through our albums. ‘The Threads’ is not just a part of the concept of the new record, but it makes a connection with the story of our previous album, Libra. Some of the songs happen in different levels of existence, and this one is one of them.”

The Budapest heavy crew burst through metal fans’ stereos with 2021 album Libra. The record hones influence from across metal, with the band’s technical prowess matched impressively by the storytelling. Accordingly, Heedless Elegance brandish a captivating and unerringly heavy soundscape, palpable with atmosphere and emotion.
Considered one of the leading heavy bands in their nation, Heedless Elegance have also picked up recognition overseas. The band toured Europe following the debut release, and have since registered approval from Kerrang Radio.
Spring’s “The Way of Every Loss” laid the foundations for the next chapter of Heedless Elegance’s introspective and thought-provoking tale. With new single “The Threads,” the band continue their immersive journey towards their as-of-yet untitled concept record, set to release this winter.
